Raise money with Brickscape Cafe

Make fundraising simple, local, and fun. Brickscape Cafe will donate 25% of qualifying cafe sales (drinks and food) to your school on designated Fundraiser Nights. Families and supporters just need to tell staff they’re “here for the [School Name] fundraiser” during the promotion window — no coupons, no codes, no fuss.

1

Reserve a date

Pick a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Brickscape can even do special extended hours. We’ll confirm availability and the expected setup.

2

Promote the event

We’ll provide ready-to-use copy, a printable flyer, and social media graphics your PTA or organization can share.

Encourage supporters to mention the school name when ordering.

3

Show up & enjoy

Attendees order drinks and food from the cafe menu and tell the barista they’re supporting your organization. We track eligible sales during the fundraising window.

4

Donation delivered

Within two weeks we’ll total qualifying cafe sales and donate 25% of those sales to your organization. Donations are delivered by check or digital transfer — your choice — with a donation summary for your records.

We’re a community-focused, family-friendly, non-alcoholic cafe and activity space — perfect for families, teachers, and neighbors to gather, order drinks/snacks, and support a local school.

What Brickscape provides

  • 25% of qualifying cafe sales (drinks + food only) from the event timeframe.
  • A printable flyer and short social copy for your newsletter/Facebook/Instagram.
  • A post-event report showing sales totals and donation amount.

Best practices for success

  • Ask teachers/staff to remind families the week before and the morning of the event.
  • Share our flyer and social posts — we’ll send graphics sized for Facebook/Instagram/Instagram Stories.
  • Schedule the event on a weekday when families are likely to be out.
  • Consider pairing with a simple school activity (e.g., a table for volunteers to sell spirit gear) — we can chat about logistics.
