Why Brickscape fundraisers work
We’re a community-focused, family-friendly, non-alcoholic cafe and activity space — perfect for families, teachers, and neighbors to gather, order drinks/snacks, and support a local school.
How it works
- Reserve a date — pick a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening between 3–7 PM. We’ll confirm availability and the expected setup.
- Promote the event — we’ll provide ready-to-use copy, a printable flyer, and social media graphics your PTA can share. Encourage supporters to mention the school name when ordering.
- Show up & enjoy — attendees order drinks and food from the cafe menu and tell the barista they’re supporting the school. We track eligible sales during the fundraising window.
- We donate 25% — within two weeks we’ll total qualifying cafe sales and donate 25% of those sales to your school (donation delivered by check or digital transfer — your choice). We’ll provide a donation summary.
What Brickscape provides

Best practices for success
- Ask teachers/staff to remind families the week before and the morning of the event.
- Share our flyer and social posts — we’ll send graphics sized for Facebook/Instagram/Instagram Stories.
- Schedule the event on a weekday when families are likely to be out.
- Consider pairing with a simple school activity (e.g., a table for volunteers to sell spirit gear) — we can chat about logistics.
