Open build

Our build tables and activity stations are open for the community to create, experiment, and play when there are no private events scheduled.

We want our open build area to be accessible, regardless of your budget or financial situation, so we don't charge fixed fees or hourly rates. Instead, open build is offered under a pay-what-it's-worth model.

Most guests contribute $10 -$15 per builder per visit, and visits average about an hour. Longer or shorter build sessions might warrant a different amount, and that's totally okay!

How does it work?

1 Choose a table

Pick any of our build tables to suit your party, or just explore the activity stations before settling in.

2 Build

Our custom build tables offer a variety of loose bricks to fuel your creativity. Have a little builder? Ask at the counter about DUPLO® bricks.

3 Contribute

When you’re done, contribute what the experience was worth to you. Pay at the counter or by adding it to your cafe tab.
